Health & Wellness Coaching helps people learn how to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle by first getting in touch with themselves to develop individualized strategies to improve their overall health, weight management, exercise, eating habits, sleep patterns, and mental & emotional wellbeing. Fostering wellbeing allows the production of positive hormones - chemicals that every human has access to and is able to produce in the space between their ears - their MIND!

​In a time of constant volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, where it seems we don’t have much control over our external world, the one thing we do have control over is our inner world of thoughts and feelings. To remain in an elevated mental state when things are going smooth is easy; yet challenging times require an enormous amount of energy and awareness, where most people feel depleted – emotionally, mentally and physically - to create the life they aspire for.

When you hear the term “spring cleaning”, images such as cleaning out closets & hard-to-reach spaces behind furniture, or preparing your garden beds for the summer’s bounty, will come to mind. You are bringing light, cleanliness, and newness to the forgotten, familiar, and overlooked places and spaces of your home and yard. “Spring cleaning” is not only a necessary exercise to your external world, but also to your internal places and spaces.

As your Health & Wellness Coach, I will help you understand and navigate the complex web of your life which is disrupting your pursuit for fulfillment. In the process, you will become conscious of your disruptors and the process of pruning them, is your internal “spring cleaning”. This will allow your mind, body and soul to stretch, to shift and experience an epiphany. Over time these small shifts add up to a whole new mindset, and you outgrow the old one.
While your mind stretches, so does your capacity. The better you feel, the more aware you’ll be of the new possibilities & opportunities available for you.
