First, let me shed a light on the role difference between “Personal Trainer and/or Dietitian” and “Health & Wellness Coach”: the former is the expert that comes in with a generic telling approach to solve your issue, whereas the latter walks you on a self-learning journey to help you change your life. 

Health & Wellness Coaching helps people learn how to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle by first getting in touch with themselves to develop individualized strategies to improve their overall health, weight management, exercise, eating habits, sleep patterns, mental and emotional wellbeing. The physical benefits have an amazing spillover on your mind by increasing the amount of endorphins, the “feel-good” chemical in your brain.

We take a slow and sustainable approach to creating healthy habits that LAST. This is not a quick fix. You will come to your own realization about what will work for you, we co-create an individualized plan, will support you to implement gradual changes that accumulate to create new habits woven into the fabric of your life. There is no better reward than being in charge of your life.
